We thoroughly enjoyed this first-rate hotel with absolutely courteous and amazingly efficient staff from the cleaners to manager. The room was excellent and with comfy beds. The location was good, close enough to shop for food extras, excellent choice of swimming pools and the main shops / Restaurant's /, and the view was lovely. Also, the distance to a long beach was only 1 km.

It was a special place, had really friendly staff on ignorant & management are required to rectify this especially one of the pool bar staff. The hotel was in a very central setting to the very quiet restaurant which was rather formal. I tried some drinks at bar White Lion, located 5 minutes walk away.

We were happy to find los Pocillos 400 m away. Here we stayed next to some popular places such as Gran Casino de Lanzarote. We recommend it as we liked this hotel.
